Darras Hall

We were appointed to work on the interior design of a high-end residential refurbishment in Darras Hall.

The brief was to create a cosy yet modern and contemporary interior with high-end smart home technology and high end finishes. We managed the project from the client briefing stages through to competition on site. We produced a comprehensive technical package, and obtaining competitive pricing on behalf of the client.

We oversaw the on-site implementation, ensuring that the site manager and subcontractors adhered to our design drawings and maintained regular quality control checks.

Additionally, we procured all materials, including flooring finishes, sanitary ware, lighting, small power, and FF&E, ensuring everything was ordered and delivered on time while staying within budget.
