Darras Hall

We were commissioned to design the complete package for a new build in Darras Hall, Northumberland, as part of the Leela Home development.

Our role included managing all aspects of the design process, beginning with the initial design concept and spatial planning, in close collaboration with the architectural team.

We curated finishes, designed bespoke joinery, and meticulously planned the kitchen and bathroom layouts. Additionally, we selected all loose furniture and accessories to complement the overall aesthetic.

To provide a comprehensive understanding of the design, we produced detailed visuals and a full house walkthrough for the client’s approval.

Attention to detail was not only reserved for the finishes and aesthetic of the house but the very fabric of the building itself. High-performance insulations and renewable technologies were utilised in 20A, catapulting its energy efficiency into the 2nd highest bracket of energy efficient homes in the UK.
