Envision Design Group was appointed to design a high-end residential property in the heart of Darras Hall. Our architects and technologists collaborated to create this stunning home.

The project brief was to develop a house with a contemporary, modern, and moody interior, featuring a spacious layout to complement the dark scheme. The exterior boasts an impressive elevation with full-height glazing, a mix of render, tile, and cedar cladding, adding contrast and visual interest.

This home flows effortlessly through versatile living spaces, with luxurious touches incorporated throughout. Our designers ensured the house adhered to sustainable design practices, incorporating air source heat pumps, solar panels, and underfloor heating. They also managed the planning process to secure full planning approval and compiled a comprehensive technical pack of construction drawings.

Our interior designers collaborated closely with the client to develop a conceptual design for the moody interiors. They created a comprehensive lighting scheme and small power layouts, all seamlessly integrated through a smart home system.
