A previously undeveloped infill site is to house a bespoke family home.

Envision were commissioned to design a modern family home which seeks to make the most of its plot. Presenting a contemporary, yet harmonious, frontage, whilst maximising views to the rear of the property, taking advantage of the rural setting and long views over the surrounding countryside.

We wanted to be sympathetic to the surrounding context yet satisfy our client’s modern brief. Therefore, the proposal uses stone and slate for the main massing of the property, yet detailing of stone and render help elevate and create a contemporary interpretation of the surrounding context.
