Interior Design

2 Spatial Planning

Once our design team understands the client’s brief and the functionality of the space our designers will work on the CAD plans to propose various general arrangement options. These will be discussed with the client to select the optimal choice for the space.

4 Sample Workshops

Our interior designers bring together detailed room-by-room schemes, which they present to the client in a dedicated meeting. Seamlessly, they guide clients through these schemes, enabling them to envision the spatial flow effortlessly.

6 Lighting & Small Power Design

Once the GA plans are approved, we proceed to propose a lighting plan. This includes specifications for both decorative and architectural lighting, as well as suggestions for small power positions tailored to the specific needs of the project. (M&E Consultants.)

8 Bespoke Joinery Design

We design bespoke joinery tailored to the project. Starting with an understanding of the client’s style preferences, we’ll generate detailed technical drawings. These drawings will include elevations, sections, plan views, 3D sketch elevations, and finishes.  Additionally, we ensure that our designs and chosen finishes align with the given budget.

10 FF&E

We’ll produce a furniture schedule coding each item’s location on the plan. It includes details such as item type, quantity, cost, style, materials, and requirements. We distribute it to fit-out companies for pricing to match the client’s budget. For residential projects, we handle furniture procurement and manage deliveries and placement on site.

12 Project Management

Our interior designers can tailor their involvement based on the client’s preferences. We offer options for regular site visits, such as weekly check-ins, to ensure the project aligns with the design intent. Additionally, we provide weekly documentation updates for the client, detailing the progress on site, any encountered delays, and proposals to address any issues that may arise.

Our designers will organise a meeting with the client to understand the project brief, delve into the client’s vision and personal style preferences, and elaborate on the services Envision Design Group can provide.

Our interior designers will produce a design concept presentation for each area in the project. These thoughtfully curated concept boards provide a visual journey throughout the space and detail various feature design elements.

To enhance our clients’ visualisation of the design, we generate 3D photorealistic images and walkthroughs. Tailoring to the client and project needs, we can produce either photoreal images or conceptual sketchy visuals.

When designing bathrooms we present proposals for finishes, tiling layouts, a full sanitaryware schedule, technical elevations with dimensions, and 3D sketch proposals.

9 Artwork & Signage

When working in commercial projects, our interior design team will propose designate locations for wayfinding signage and artwork placement. We then generate style proposals for the client and assemble an artwork and signage package, ready to be sent directly to a printing company.

11 Styling

Our interior designers can complete the design by styling and accessorising the space, once all furniture and fixed items are in we will produce a accessories package for client sign off which we can then order all items manage the order and come to site to place and style items.
