Envision was commissioned to undertake a significant renovation and extension of a central London building. The existing dilapidated structure had been an eyesore in the prominent streetscape.

Envision developed a scheme, coordinated with the existing building structure and openings, which enhance the building's external facade and footprint. The design incorporates crafted natural stone and fluted limestone, adding intricate details, enhancing the streetscape and work harmoniously with the distinctive character of the surrounding conservation area. Additionally, the proposed rooftop floors are setback from the main street frontage and clad in dark metal. The ground floor of the building features a spacious retail unit with extensive street frontage glazing, enhancing visibility and accessibility.
