We were appointed to design two schemes for Northwood estate agents’ offices in Newcastle. The aim was to create a fresh, modern, and welcoming space for both staff and clients.

Our design approach blends contemporary aesthetics with functional elements, ensuring a professional yet inviting environment. Thoughtfully selected furniture, lighting, and finishes contribute to a cohesive look that reflects Northwood’s identity.

Key features include open-plan workspaces that promote collaboration, private meeting rooms for client consultations, and comfortable lounge areas for relaxation to bring that homely feel into the space. The branding colors are subtly integrated through accent walls, furniture, and decorative elements, adding vibrancy without overwhelming the senses.

Overall, our design aims to enhance productivity and well-being, creating a space where staff and clients feel welcome and inspired.
