2 Design Development

Develop detailed architectural plans and interior layouts. Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with the design concept and client preferences. Produce technical drawings for construction guidance.

3 Planning Permission Process

Submit coordinated planning package to local authorities for planning permission approval. Address any queries or modifications required by planning officials. Ensure compliance with local regulations and planning policies.

Once we have achieved planning permission we will advise and coordinate information required for any outstanding planning conditions to be discharged.

4 Interior Procurement

Source materials and coordinate with suppliers. Manage project timeline with key milestones and budget tracking. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

5 Construction

Coordinate construction activities with contractors and tradespeople. Conduct site visits for oversight and quality control. Maintain open communication with clients for updates and approvals.

6 Quality Assurance & Finishing

Conduct inspections to ensure design integrity and compliance. Coordinate final installations of lighting, fixtures, and furnishings. Ensure high-quality finishes and client satisfaction.

7 Project Handover

Conduct final walkthrough and address any outstanding items with the client. Prepare project documentation including as-built drawings and warranties. Ensure client satisfaction through post-project follow-up.
