Retail Units Durham

We were commissioned to design the complete package for a new single storey series of retail units in Durham.

Our role included managing all aspects of the design process, from concept design through to hand over.

We developed a series of concept elevations and CGI images which allowed the client to see a realistic image of the proposal from early on in the design process.

Our technical department played a crutial role in developing the building construction package of information, alongside submitting and coordinating the building control application.
