Stepney Lane

Envision Design Group was appointed by Graysons Properties to lead the refurbishment of three student accommodation blocks on Stepney Lane, Newcastle Upon Tyne. This comprehensive project involved redesigning 314 bedrooms across 65 flats, we designed a fresh, modern aesthetic for the entire space.

Our team was responsible for transforming the look and feel of these student flats ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of today’s students. This included a complete overhaul of all kitchens, bathrooms, lounges and circulation spaces, incorporating contemporary designs that maximise functionality and comfort.

The new design scheme aimed to create a vibrant, student-friendly environment with carefully chosen finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. By focusing on both aesthetics and practicality, we sought to provide a welcoming and inspiring living space that enhances the student experience at Stepney Lane.
